Kate Dingwall

By day, I'm a writer, editor and photographer covering the intersection between spirits, business, culture and travel. By night I'm a working wine professional.
I'm a food and beverage business contributor at Forbes.com, the drinks writer at Toronto Life, a columnist at The Whiskey Wash, and a regular contributor to MAXIM, Liquor.com, and The Spruce.
My work also appears in Elle CA, The Spruce, Liquor.com, Toronto Life (print + online), Eater, MAXIM, Canada's 100 Best Restaurants (print + online), Porter Magazine, Wine Enthusiast, Foodism (print + online), VinePair, DuJour, CultureTrip and The Bourbon Review (print). I started my career as an editor at FLARE Magazine.
Before that, finished my Masters of Brand Management program with a thesis on innovation in the American wine world. I am pursuing my WSET III.
I was born in Canada (eh), schooled in Georgia (y'all), and spent my adult life in Brooklyn or on the road chasing stories (47 countries and counting!). I'm currently based out of Toronto.
I love to hear about cool stories. Email me at dingwallkate@gmail.com. Recent work can be found on my Muckrack.
